Hosted by Tarah Runco, this crave-worthy monthly series celebrates the chefs shaping Colorado’s vibrant culinary scene. Each episode brings the flavors of your restaurant into the home kitchen — transforming your signature dish into an accessible masterpiece. Along the way, you’ll share your recipe, pro tips, personal story, and highlight the local purveyors and small businesses that help bring every dish to life.

Requirements:

  • Chefs must hold the position of executive chef (savory or pastry) at an independent, Colorado-based restaurant that has been operating for at least one year.

  • Featured dishes must be a staple item on the restaurant’s menu.

  • Chefs must be available for two days of filming: one day at their restaurant and one day at the host’s home kitchen in downtown Denver, Colorado.
